  1. These settings apply to paint text when you use a paint tool or to selected field text when you edit fields.

  3. To orient text, use the radio buttons below.

  5. To assign styles to text, use the check boxes below.

  7. Tip:  to clear all styles, click here.

  9. Text will appear to the left of the beginning insertion point.
  10.  
  11. To type text to the left of the beginning insertion point, click this button.
  12.  
  13. Text will appear centered about the beginning insertion point.
  14.  
  15. To type text centered about the beginning insertion point, click this button.
  16.  
  17. Text will appear to the right of the beginning insertion point.
  18.  
  19. To type text to the right of the beginning insertion point, click this button.

  21. The selected field text contains the group style. To clear the group style, click this button.

  23. To apply the group style to the selected field text, click this box. Groups style text is usually "hot"‚Äîclicking it performs some action.

  31. To set a line height (the spacing in points between text lines), type a number here.
